I was told that the bulb for my LCD would be in at 1:00pm and that I should show up after that time and they would install the bulb in the case. I showed up and was told that the wrong bulbs were shipped. The guy behind the counter called around and found a bulb in Richardson. He drove to Richardson and delivered my bulb in the case at my office in Grapevine by 2:40pm. I took to bulb home and it worked perfectly. Great job!!
