City Electronics and their owner Mikal provided a timely estimate on our stereo CD player repair.
After the repair was complete, Mikal called to follow up to be sure it was working properly.
The pricing was very reasonable.
It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that provides such great customer service!

Mike is one in a million. He is friendly and very helpful. He will go out of his way to help you any way he can. My TV was covered by warranty and once he installed the new parts that the factory sent and found it was a much deeper issue, he coordinated with the service center to have it returned to them. Just a nice person to work with which is hard to find now days. Will continue to use Mike on any future issues on other TV's, even though he is over an hour away....the service is worth it.

Mike helped me in a difficult situation where others would have walked away installing my new TV. He was so helpful and trustworthy. I also sent a microwave home with him that he had fixed in a flash! I highly recommend him and it was so refreshing to have someone truly looking out for your best interest and wanting to do the right thing for the customer. We drove to City Electronics after our Mitsubishi TV started burning smell. Mikal identified the issue quickly. He drove to our home and replaced the part and got the TV working. Very knowledgeable and very humble man, who takes pride in his work.
Called City Electronics for help setting up a DVD/VHS player this morning. They sent a gentleman out and had everything hooked up and running by noon. Great service!

Unbelievable customer service. My 50inch flat screen was damaged by a power surge from a recent storm. Mike was extremely knowledgeable in trouble shooting what needed to be repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the final bill for his repairs. Mike is extremely honest and very experienced. I highly recommend him for any tv repairs you may need. I would Highly recommend "City Electronics" if you are looking for fast, honest, reliable and reasonable Television service!! Mike knew exactly what was wrong with my Samsung DLP television when even Samsung techs did not seem to know!! He did a great job!! It is very hard to find someone you can trust in the service industry these days but you can with City Electronics!! Thank you Mike we are enjoying watching our TV again!!
Good service at a very reasonable price. Mike and his wife are very friendly folks, willing to offer advice that some others likely would not, too. I'll keep City Electronics on the short list for any other electronics repair needs I cannot do myself.
